He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Witter (Betty); his wife Peggy Ann Cherry; and his mother Gloria Sitterly (Ralph). He is survived by: his children, Dennis Witter (Judy), Beth Ann Benson (Joe) and Kimberly Allain (Tony). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
