He was predeceased by: his parents, E. T. Leipprandt and Lillian Leipprandt (Sturm); and his siblings, Phyllis Gettel (Clarence), Charles (Doris) and Bruce.
He is survived by: his wife Peg; his children, Jeffrey (Kimberly) of Pigeon, Joel (Melanie) of Reese, James (Kimberley) of Greer and Jill Lindenberg (Scott) of Bellaire; his grandchildren, Joy (Stephen), Joel Jr. (Kelly), E. Troy (Caroline), Tyler (Rachel), Spencer (Jenna), Parker (Rachel), Alicia, Marshall (Christy), Lauren, Dajnae, Dawson, Zachary, Diamond, Rylan and Destiny; his great grandchildren, Jude, Rhiana, Calvin, Selah, Evan, Roman, Cooper, Violet, Locklin, Lily and Cate; and his sister-in-law Virginia.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Champagne Funeral Chapel (7356 Michigan Ave, Pigeon, MI 48755). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Methodist Church (23 Mabel St, Pigeon, MI 48755).
Memorials may be made to Salem Methodist Church, Pigeon Rotary Club, Huron County Community Foundation ETL Scholarship Fund, or Scheurer Health Foundation.
