He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Wichert; his daughter Andrea Gotham; and his grandsons, David and Lee Wichert. He is survived by: his wife Noel Schuette; his children, Alan (Patricia) of Port Hope, Brian (Shannon) of Bad Axe, Doug (Shelly) of Pigeon and Angie Helmuth (Jon) of Bay Port; his son-in-law Darrell Gotham of Bay Port; his grandchildren, Marcie Miller (TC), Tim Gotham (Karla), Kevin Gotham (Laurie), Matt Gotham (Shelby), Elayna Wichert (Malcolm), Connor Wichert, Trever Wichert (Mary Kaye), Brendan Wichert, Nicole Kent, Cory Kent, Madison Helmuth, Jacob Helmuth and Mitchel Helmuth; his great grandchildren, Justin, Charles, Morgan, Jillian, Macklin, Charleigh, Kali, Tyson and Colton; and his siblings, Gilbert Wichert (Naomi) of Pigeon, Lois Gallagher (Jack) of Cass City, Dale Wichert (Bonnie) of Saginaw and Gary Wichert (Ruth Ann) of Cass City.
