It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Junior Dast of Pigeon, Michigan, born in Bay Port, Michigan, who passed away on July 9, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dast and Alice Dast (Jaster); and his brothers, Richard and Leon Dast. He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Diebel; his children, Barbara Geer (John) of Monroe and Carl (Emily) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Meghan Goltowski (Rick), Erin Geer, Keith, Kevin and Katey Dast; his stepgrandchildren, John Geer (Michelle), Jessica Rod (Tye) and Keghan Jensen; his great grandchildren, Maisyn and Rowen Goltowski; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ethan, Bradan, Riley Rod, Cadynce and Madalyn Geer; and his sister-in-law Florence Decker (Gerald) of Bay City.
