Mary Gettel Guyer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Gettel Guyer (Pigeon, Michigan), born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Watt and Hilara Watt (Cuthbertson); her former husband Loren Gettel; her husband Gordon Guyer; her son Thomas Gettel; her brother John Watt; and her half-sister Jeanne McCrae.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy McCormick (Dave) of Pigeon and Paul Gettel of Therwil, Switzerland; her grandchildren, Marisa McCormick, Lauren Gruehn (Jordon), Charles McCormick (Rebecca), Kate Gettel (Gabe Lainey), Erin Gettel and Olivia Gettel; her great grandchildren, David, Brennen, Dawn Gregory and Dan Guyer; her grandchildren, Kelly, Trevor, Cory, Kyle and Hannah; her cousin Tom McNally (Sue); and also Mary. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
