She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Thurner and Margaret Thurner (LaChance); her father-in-law John Pontack; and her brother-in-law Richard Decker. She is survived by: her caregiver Michael; her mother-in-law Marie T. Pontack; and her siblings, William Thurner (Karen), Louise Decker, Dorothy Barrick (Kirk) and John Thurner (Denise). She is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be given to the Toni and Trish House or the Parkinson's Foundation.
