He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Whaley and Anna Whaley (Mienert); his wife Karen Heabler; and his brother George. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Roestel (Tim) of Gaylord; his grandchildren, Heather Demars (Justin), Kenny, Allison Miller (Brennan) and Emilee; and his great grandchildren, Harper and Reed.
