He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene and Ann; and his brothers, William and Chuck. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Jaynie Coggins (Mark), Nick Johnson (Cindy), Cris Johnson (Sherrie) and Lee Johnson (Sondra); and his sister Cathy Danube (Tom). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
