Alice Elaine Trost Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alice Elaine Trost of Pigeon, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 6, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Adams and Susan Adams (Ludwig); her sisters, Madeline Verduyn, Betty Wagner and Delores MacAlpine; her siblings-in-law, Julie Parker, Louis Verduyn, Elmer Wagner, Harold MacAlpine, Jerry Diebel, John Jerbi and Donald Parker; and her niece Linda MacAlpine.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Trost; her children, Cindy Siemen (Rudy), Karen Peterson (Duane), Mike Trost (Laura), Mark Trost and Kevin Trost (Lori); her grandchildren, Kyle Siemen, Justin Peterson, Jessica Hass (Mike), Kacey Peterson, Alissa Daoudiya (Soufiane), Kayla Blunt, Ryan Trost, Grace Trost, Jordan Trost (Courtney), Nicholas Trost, Elly Hyzer and Zac Trost; her sister Sharon Diebel; and her siblings-in-law, Elaine Trost, Lou Ann Trost, Hilmar Trost and Roger Trost (Carol). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Champagne Funeral Chapel (7356 Michigan Ave, Pigeon, MI 48755). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cross Lutheran Church (200 Ruppert St, Pigeon, MI 48755).
