He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fifield and Marguerite Fifield (Flintoff); and his nephew Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Nance (VanOeffelen); his children, Todd (Becky) and Stacey Meyerholtz (Josh); his granddaughters, Sierra Fifield and Avery Meyerholtz; and his siblings, Robert (Lynn), Richard (Alice), Bonnie Woodruff (Gary), Gary (Dixie), Jim (Sherry), Mary Robinson (Rix), Gerald, Wayne (Terri), Janet Skelonc (Gerald), Nancy Olsen (Jeff), Dennis, Donnie, Patty Price (Jack) and Mark (Annette). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
