He was predeceased by: his parents, EJ Antvelink and Helen Antvelink (Rozela); and his sister Karren Otis. He is survived by: his wife Joy; his children, Colleen Leonard (Matt), Eric Antvelink, Shannon Price (Chad) and Brian Antvelink (Lacey); his grandchildren, Bram, Rhys, Eva, Ashlynn, Lincoln, Kellan, Addalyn, Easton and Daxton; his sisters, Dee Piccard (Marv) and Jan Kingsley (Art); and his brother-in-law Bob Otis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
