He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Stout and Ruby Stout (Bonner); his siblings, Chuck, Don, Jake, Gene and Lillian; his son Andrew Stout; and his grandson Brandon Stout.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Stout; his sons, William Stout (Tammy), Patrick Stout (Joe), Chris Stout (April) and John Myers (Tosha); his stepchildren, Mike Pierce (Charity), Lena Carter, James Pierce and Lonny Pierce; and his grandchildren, Adam Stout (Hollie), Callie Moore (Tommy), Stephanie Benefield (Leland), Benjamin Stout and Alyssa Ison (Logan). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
