He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Schwab and Emma Schwab (Henning); his wife Ruth Frances Coston; his son Richard Schwab; his siblings, Andrew Schwab (Rita), Ruth Risenberg (Roy), Nancy Schwab and Shirley Mioduszewski (Ed); and his daughter-in-law Sherri Schwab.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Stanley (Rod), Miranda Johnson (Seth), Mark Schwab (Kay) and Gregory Schwab; his grandchildren, Lisa McKillen (James), Josh Schwab, Jacob Schwab, Ashley Schwab, Jason Schwab and Emma Johnson; his great grandchildren, Christy, Jenny, Grace McKillen, Wyatt and Abel Schwab; and his nephews, Tim Schwab (Christine), Gary Mioduszewski (Linda), Robert Mioduszewski (Stephanie) and Michael Mioduszewski (Maria).
