He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Izzard and Fannie Izzard (Vincent); his daughters, Nancy Ann and Cindy Lou; his siblings, Caroline Nelson (Oliver), Claude Izzard (Eleanor), Russell Izzard (Bernice), Wesley Izzard and Carl Izzard; his son-in-law Bill Colosky; his sister-in-law Marilyn McCready (Roland); and his in-law Carl Lockhart (Beatrice).
He is survived by: his wife Marjean; his children, Duane, Susie Colosky and Patti Williams (Robin); his grandchildren, Darin Izzard-Bawks (Emily), Bradley Bawks, Curtis Bawks (Jade), Amber Johnson (James), Stacy Colosky (Dillon Hillock), Timothy Williams (Jessi), Michelle Pitre (Jody) and Brian Williams (Bethany); his great grandchildren, Krystale, Ceanna, Tegan Williams, Madelyn Izzard-Bawks, Curtis Jr. and Carson Bawks; and his brother Charles Izzard (Margaret). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
