She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Roland and Janet Marie Staley (Green); her sons, David Thompson (Linda) of Pickford, Gene Thompson (Jane) of Marne and Jack Thompson (Marcy) of Cedarville, Michigan; her granddaughters, Candace Warner (Larry), Cheri Skinner (Scott) and Trisha Jennings (Zac); her great grandchildren, Cassaundra (Chris), Jillian (Alex), Jacob, Adam, Christopher, Benjamin, Kyra, Griffin, Samuel, Josh, Allen, Isabelle, Dahlia, Michael and Andie; her great great grandchildren, Adrian, Kaden, Riley and Miles; her husband Cecil "Pete" Thompson; her son Larry Thompson; and her brother Gordon Staley.
