He is survived by: his wife Marcella Kitchen; his children, Charlie Kitchen (Angie) and Connie Hall (Christopher); his grandchildren, Kodi Kitchen (Tiffany), Michael Kitchen (Lauren) and Lucy Hall; his great grandchild Kason Kitchen; his brother Thomas Kitchen (Loretta); and his sister-in-law Helen Kitchen.
