He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip Kramer and Bertha Kramer (Bower); his wife Donna; his grandson Evan Kramer; his sisters, Helen Sabin (Harry), Phyllis Stadel (Ford), Harriet Hogle (Max) and Betty Lou Bearss (Robert); his brother-in-law David Hanses; his children, Marilyn Schneider (Mark), Sue Klein (Scott), Nicholas Kramer (Kim), John Kramer and Ben Kramer (Stacy); his daughter-in-law Nita Panwas (Ed); and his great grandchild Thelen. He was also cherished by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
