He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harvey Millar and Edith Elma Ellis; and his son James Harvey Millar. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Jane Millar; his children, Karen Marie Kendall (Rich Kendall), Kathryn Ann Millar (Kathy) and David Russell Millar; his grandsons, Mitchell Byron Franseth (Mitch) and Gregory Scott Franseth (Greg); his daughter Mistelle Langen (Misty); his grandchildren, Garrett Wesley Langen-Muir, Roya Irene Franseth, Karina Jane Langen, Anthony Rostam Franseth, Cosmo Franseth and Ezra Michel Franseth; and his brother James Millar (Beth).
