He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Jankowski and Lillian Jankowski (Carlson); his siblings, Mary Kucharek, Betty Ann Gensen, Delores Jankowski, Phillip Jankowski, Jr. and David Jankowski; his nephew Steven Jankowski; and his nieces, Nancy Kucharek and Delia Gensen.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Kelly Weller of Petoskey and Jaime Brants (Sean) of Petoskey; his grandchildren, Coy, Tatum and Fox Weller; and his sisters, Phyllis Marchinkewicz (late Richard Sr.), Mildred Florenski and Helen McGinn (James Sr.). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; as well as countless close friends.
