He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Freeman Phillips and Eudora Phillips (Gilbert); his wife Nancy Phillips; his sons, Jeffery Phillips (Denise) of Indian River, Brian Phillips (Jana) of Harbor Springs, Mark Phillips (Donna) of Ravenna and Brent Phillips (Betsy) of Milford, Michigan; and his grandchildren, Kali, Zachary, Andrew, Nathan, Paul, Alisa, Daniel, Isaac and Sophia.
