As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Viola may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Schwab and Laura Schwab. She is survived by: her sons, Paul of Petoskey and Tim (Kate) of Park City; her grandsons, Oscar and Hugo Sattelmeier; and her sisters, Lorraine Sattelmeier (Glenn) of Rochester Hills and Esther Bergdolt (Harold) of Frankenmuth.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (500 W Mitchell St, Petoskey, MI 49770). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
