He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his daughter Jane; and his brothers, Donald Kalchik of Petoskey and Andy Kalchik of Petoskey. He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Brochu of Petoskey, Ruthie Detzler of Gaylord and Bill Kalchik of Petoskey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
