He is survived by: his significant other Debera Lutz; his children, Mark, Jenni and Lisa; his stepdaughter Samantha; his siblings, Cathy Whitehead (Curt), Dennis Place and Nancy Swadling; and his nieces and nephews, Jenny Becker (Mike), Kristi Sams (Gary), Leahrose Buning (Rob), Brandon Swadling and Lucas Swadling.
