He is survived by: his wife Helen Fettig of Petoskey; and his children, Steven Lewis (Pamela), Carlene Lewis of Harbor Springs, Debra Hardy of Boyne City and Judy Lewis of Petoskey. He is also survived by his 44 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and his many aunts, uncles, nieces, and a nephew.
