He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Gabriel Rowe; his parents, Colonel Everett "Cappy" Rowe and Wilma "Skeeter" Rowe; and his sister Candace "Candy" Morgan. He is survived by: his son Andrew Rowe (Jennifer); his grandsons, Austin and Brayden Rowe of Charlevoix, MI; his stepchildren, Jack Adams of Chillicothe, OH, Chris Adams of Fredericksburg, VA and Gwen Tyre of Blackshear, GA.; and his nephews, Philip Rowe (Laura) of St. Peters, MO and Stephen "Pete" Rowe (Patti) of Rockford, MI.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation in his name.
