She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" and Rose Marie Gorzinski (Samodral). She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Fralick; her children, Nicholas Heikkinen (Kelly), Erica Golding (Nate) and Emory Fralick (Grace Tsaloff); her grandchildren, Jackson Golding, Luukas Heikkinen, Isaac Heikkinen and Ivan Heikkinen; her siblings, John Gorzinski, Bryan Gorzinski, Brenda Jean Gorzinski and Barbara Gorzinski; her nephew David Gorzinski; her aunts, Sally Jo Gorzinski Haiar and Carol Vincent Gorzinski; and her pet Babe. She is also survived by her 4 grandsons.
The family requests that those wishing to honor Patti's memory, make a donation to fund that that has been set up in Patti's memory at the Bay Pines Veterinary Clinic to assist pet owners who can't afford care or medicine for their animals.
