She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph William McCarthy; and her sister Sharon Shreve. She is survived by: her parents, Joseph McGuinty and Lydia McGuinty (Godin); her children, Theresa McCarthy, Molly McCarthy, Joe McCarthy (Alicia) and Mac McCarthy (Kimberly); her brother Michael McGuinty (Gloria); her grandchildren, Emma, Lily, Bella Green, Arden Truax, Trevor (Kari), Eric VandenBrink, Gabrielle Case, Oliver (Breezy), Lauren, Joseph McCarthy, Anders, Ames and Copeland McCarthy; and her great grandchildren, Rowinn, Jai Case, Otto and Thea Maureen VandenBrink. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Church (513 Howard St, Petoskey, MI 49770).
