He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Johnson and Irene Johnson (Loss). He is survived by: his children, Tyler Johnson, Mara Johnson and Raya Johnson; his sisters, Janet Thompson (Jerry), Sheryl Gustman (Dan) and Sandy White (Bob); and his aunt Cordelia Loss.
