She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Burgess and Pearl Burgess (Hathaway); her former husband Howard Crouterfield; her husband A. T. Washburne; her daughter Lynda Pettit; her brothers, Leon Burgess (Frieda), Leonard Burgess (Shirley) and Gerald Burgess; and her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Mendenhall and Jim Walz.
She is survived by: her sisters, Norma Mendenhall and Grace Walz; her son-in-law Ben Pettit; and her friend Karen Verkerke.
