He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Martin and Norah Martin (Robertson); his son Charles Tillotson; his stepdaughter Michele Imig; and his siblings, Lois Proctor and Charles Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Germaine; his children, John Martin, Matthew Martin (Tiffany) and Jennifer Martin; and his stepdaughter Lynn Reynolds of North Carolina.
