She is survived by: her parents, Jones Homer and Johnnie Maxwell (Leyhew); her wife Amy Jacobs; her children, Victor, Jones Giacoman, Levi David Jacobs and Libbi Ann Jacobs; her aunt Nell Reed; her niece Shana Carethers; and her brothers, Danny Joe "Worm" and James Darwin "Buh" Maxwell. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
