She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Rensberry and Doris Rensberry (Pedersen); her husband Chuck Butwell; her niece Maiya Dragoo Christensen; and her nephew Steven Dragoo.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Butwell (Betty) of Frederic, MI and Sherry Matz Sutherby of Mancelona, MI; her grandson Charlie Matz (Kristina) of Meridian; her great grandchildren, David, Evie, Daisy, Joseph Robert (J. R.), Esther and Penny; her grandson Mark Matz of Petoskey, MI; her son Craig Butwell (Carla) of Walloon Lake, MI; her grandchildren, Steve Butwell of Petoskey, MI and Lauren (Evan); her sibling Gayle Dragoo Locke of Fort Myers, FL; her nieces, Ronda Amaya of Florida and Tina Slager of Michigan; and her close friend Rebecca Beachy (Joel) of Charlevoix, Michigan..
For her, it was the American Cancer Society, and the local hospital surgical waiting room.
