He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Louis, Wanda Swiss, Michael, Mary and Lettie Godzik; and his cousin Edward Louis "Duke" Swiss Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Fred Sr and Arlene Godzik Sr. of Cross Village; his sisters, Jessica Bonter (Corey) and Jennifer Krussell (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Chelsea Healey (Logan), Kaylee Krussell and Jared Krussell; and his great-nephew Parker Healey. He is also survived by son, a wonderful brother and devoted uncle, who will be profoundly missed by his family and friends.
