Emma Hlinetzky Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Hlinetzky (Petoskey, Michigan), who passed away on May 20, 2020, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Emma Hlinetzky to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Hlinetzky; her parents, Jakob Jurgovsky and Rosalia Jurgovsky; and her siblings, Emil, Johann, Adelbert, Wilhelm Jurgovsky, Elisabeth Meschar (Gustav) and Magdalene Grofcsik (Mattias).

She is survived by: her children, Peter Linetzky (Susan) of Boyne Falls, MI and Rita Sorensen (Eric) of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Steven Sorensen, Karen Helm (Kevin), Nicole Drury (Nick) and Kate Duncan (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Claire Lila, Grace Emma Drury, Claudia Marie, Adeline Lois Helm and Max Walter Duncan. She is also survived by her four grandchildren and five precious great-grandchildren.
