She was predeceased by: her former husband Norman Padgett; her parents, Leo Miller and Jennie Miller; her siblings, John Miller and Ruth; and her brother-in-law Guy Washburn.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Billiau; her children, Deborah Detlaff (William) and Kenneth Padgett (Sandra); her grandchildren, David Padgett (Terry), Jennifer Curnow (Caleb Flether), Jared Curnow, Emily Wolford (Damien), William Conklin and EJ Foster; her great grandchildren, Clover Fletcher, Amadeus Foster and Amirra Foster; and her brothers, Andy Miller (Sharon) and Jeffery Miller (Mary). She is also survived by many cousins and close personal friends.
