He was predeceased by: his wife Anna "Jean" Schwartzfisher; and his siblings, George Haase and Marjorie Richardson. He is survived by: his children, Mary McGarey of Jacksonville, FL, Sue Croff (Don) of Roscommon, MI, Rose Ross of Petoskey, Julie Haase of Petoskey and Don Haase of Petoskey. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
