He is survived by: his mother Jean Ann Johnson; his children, Alyvia Ann and Everett Cyler Johnson of Petoskey; the parent of his children Kelly Johnson; his siblings, Jeffrey, Matthew, Julianne and Scott; his aunts, Karen Seabolt and Judy Niemi; and his niece Preslee Johnson. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
