She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Kelley and Winifred Kelley (Coombs); and her sister Virginia A. Kelley Rickey. She is survived by: her husband William L Atkins; her daughter Christine Atkins-Wilson; her grandchildren, Jacob, Emily and Kalley; and her great grandchild Liam.
