He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cornelia "Corky" Everts of Petoskey and Irv Everts of Alanson; his parents, Linda Maroun (Everts) of Petoskey and Francis "Dick" Beyer of Petoskey; and his uncle John Everts of Cheboygan.
He is survived by: his brothers, Bruce Beyer and Alan Beyer; his sister-in-law Kristy; his nephews, Cody Beyer and Andrew Beyer; his aunt Jean Everts (Vinicki); and his children, Samantha and Dan.
