He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradford Vane Foster and Alfreda Taylor Foster (Strong); and his brothers, Danny Foster, Jerry Foster and Richard Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ilene Foster (Wyma); his sisters-in-law, Nancy Foster of Hessel and Beryl Haisma of Grand Rapids; and his children, Mike Foster (Nancy) of Bedford, Indiana, Tom Foster (Jackie) of Kendallville, Indiana, Bob Foster (Jean) of Muskegon, Michigan, Anne Foster (late Rick Jorgensen) of Petoskey, Michigan and Janice Swanson (Tim) of Gibson City.
