She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Muir and Anna Agnes Muir of Imlay City, Michigan.; her husband James P. Churchill; and her siblings, May Muir, Ivaleen David, Margaret Churchill and Merlyn Muir.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Nyquist (Mike Blohm), David Churchill (Kathy) and Sally Churchill (Edward Kulka); her grandchildren, David Nyquist (Melanie), Sara Nyquist Aichner (Alan), Joe Churchill (Ajay Mani), Katherine Churchill, Emmet Kulka and Helen Kulka; her great grandchildren, Ryan Nyquist (Meg), Holly Condie (Anthony) and Gabriel Shaw; and her great great grandchild Eleanor Condie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
