He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harrison Waterson and Helen Waterson (Long); his wife Georgia Sherriff; his children, Clair (Debra), Gary (Carolyn), Jerri Bearce (Charles), Valerie Waterson, Chris (Wendy), Roger (Jeanne) and Julie Saunders (Matt); his brother Herbert (Trudy) of Illinois; his cousins, Robert, Reba and Alfred Waterson; and his siblings, Elmer, Lawrence Waterson and Betty Smith.
