He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Fultz and Barbara Yates Weinrich of Palmetto, Fla.; his sister Terrie Fultz Clark; his children, Matthew Zeipekis, Mary Fultz and Aaron Fultz; his stepchildren, Steven Zeipekis, Tim Zeipekis, Megan Zeipekis, Kristine Zeipekis and Anthony Zeipekis; and his wife Carol Fultz.
