He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis R. Kalb and Janice H. Hudson (Kalb); and his sister-in-law Bonnie Kolling. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Kalb (Dee); and his sons, James Kalb (Kelly), Jeffrey Kalb (Abbi) and Justin Kalb. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
