He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Perkins and Betty Perkins (Deeds); and his brother Brian Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Gail Perkins (Goff); his sons, Todd Perkins (Jennifer) and Chad Perkins (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Ashley Esser, Raymond Perkins and Zachary Perkins; his great grandchildren, Kendra Bland, Gage Bland and Casey Weiser; and his siblings, Pamela Thompson-Toth (Steve) and David Perkins (Mary).
