She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Braley and Charlotte May Braley (Thompson); and her spouse Francis Wilkins. She is survived by: her children, Tina Braley of Petersburg, Rina Bowman III (Jay) of Erie, Regina Frank (Michael) of Petersburg and James Braley of Monroe; and her siblings, Barb Patterson, Margaret "Nellie" Fuller (Arthur), Arlene Hall, Samuel Braley, George Braley and Sam Blankenship.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Gracepoint United Pentecostal Church.
