He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his siblings, Brenda Milks (Ken) of Clio, David Doughty (Bella) of Alta Loma, Ann Link (Don) of Monroe, Randolph Doughty of Petersburg, Corinne Gorr (Jeff) of Monroe and Stephen Doughty (Lori) of Petersburg; and his children, Danny Deaton (Sheila) of Dundee, Andrew Deaton (Terra) of Blissfield and Brittany Gorence of Monroe. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
