He is survived by: his wife Becky Jean McCrea (Launer) of Petersburg; his children, Joel McCrea of Monroe, Chad McCrea of Milan and Heather McCrea of South Carolina; his stepchildren, Megan Libstorff of Monroe, Glenn Brainard (Evelen) of Oxnard, Matthew McCollum of Monroe, Abigail Campbell (Erin) of Kitchener and Ontario; his brothers, Jeffrey McCrea (Judy) of Wamplers Lake and Denzel McCrea of Saline, Michigan; his grandchildren, Sandra, Ian, Riley, Parker, Owen McCrea, Chloe and Lili Andrews; and his stepgrandchildren, Halli, Quinn Brainard, Ainsley Campbell, Sunshine, Clay Libstorff, Mia Gibson, Beau Childress and Dominic Boniol.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Oaks of Righteousness Christian Ministries or New Life Church.
