Abbott; his children, Joel Kidd (Sarah), Melanie Bell (Michael) and Dr. Katelyn Kidd; and his sisters, Deborah Esposito (Tony), Joanna Bateman (Keith) and Judith Valentine (Carey). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
