He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Peterlin. He is survived by: his mother Sandy Peterlin (Greene); his wife Amanda; his children, Marisa Peterlin, Carson Romp and Wyatt Peterlin; his brother Lonnie Peterlin (Tammy); his parents-in-law, Denise Knight and Herbert Snider (Carol); and his sisters-in-law, Ursula Durden (Terrence) and Sarah Gould (Cincy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family request donations to St. Jude Children Hospital or Lymphoma Foundation through the American Cancer Society.
